Stop taken Caffeine and start using Nioxin (Shampoo, Therapy Conditioner and Follicle Booster). Nioxin will turn all miniature hairs into thicker looking hairs in 5 months. After 8 months of usage you will see the real result - be patience.
Fact about Caffeine - it causes your adrenal glands to produce too much stress hormone. Stress hormone is your source to neural transmitter generation in keeping you alert. Natural stress hormone is released when you are in a state of fear. Caffeine will falsely stimulate the adrenal glands to produce access stress hormone until they can't produce any more. Increasing caffeine level will force the glands to their doom. When caffeine does not seem to help, your body is already in a state of blood alteration causing complication to other glands. Your body needs balance. Upsetting one part and all the other parts will fall apart.
To reverse this process you need eliminate caffeine completely and to learn how to do fasting. Fasting takes time. Do not jump right into it. Best to do is during the weekend otherwise your belly will sound funny. Fasting causes your body to gobble up all unwanted residues even those sebums surrounding your follicles (caused from imbalance hormone that generate to much DHL). Also take multivitamin with B complex and plenty of veggie. No time for veggies - how about our friendly V-8. Yeah yuck. Okay! Nasty taste or Nasty looking - your choice :-)
Word of advice: After 8 months of this practice. You should see what you like. If you don't see any result or too little. Those follicles are no longer resting (usually they only rest for a period of 3 months); they are forever gone. Your only choice left is Bosley Medical.
